The Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts is the newest facility on the
Michigan Tech campus, and has already begun to create a whole new meaning
to entertainment for MTU. As an example, in just one year of the Rozsa
Center's creation, the Tech Great Events Series has more than tripled
in size, which shows you just how big the Student Entertainment Board's
presence at Michigan Tech can be.

As a considerably larger venue than the McArdle Theatre, the Student
Entertainment Board is now capable of bringing to MTU acts that would
never have been possible before. Now, SEB is able to providing an even
better entertainment experience.

Also, down in the Rozsa Center's basement is the future offices for the
Student Entertainment Board. Someday soon, SEB will be have the resources
to take the horizon of enteratinment at Tech places it has never gone
before. In fact, it's starting already; in 2002 SEB was responsible for
the biggest, highest-profile, loudest concert that Michigan Tech has seen
in more than a decade: American Hi Fi and Sroke 9, two rock bands, rocked
the house for the undergraduate community.

So, keep an eye out for the Michigan Tech Student Entertainment Board,
because there's no telling what might be coming to Tech next year! And,
as always, if you want to get in on the action, either come on in to the
meetings to find out more, or send out an email to seb@mtu.edu for any questions you may have.
